A pleasant surprise is when a friend of yours who’s working in Canada tells you that she’s engaged and getting married next year.
It’s a surprise because each time I ask her if she has a boyfriend, she says no. And today, she suddenly told me she’s engaged and she’s getting married! 
A lot of love is in the air lately. I have just got another invitation from an ex-colleague who’s getting married at the end of the month and I can’t wait to attend the wedding dinner because I want to meet my kawan-kawan lama.
Writer will be off to Bali tomorrow. Yes, it’s Bali. I can’t believe this is happening because Bali is something like my dream destination. Hopefully I will not be bombed. And I won’t be back till Sunday.
